SUNNING STEEL LIMITED offers AISI 304 EN 10357 welded tubes, engineered to meet the rigorous demands of hygienic and sanitary applications. Manufactured in compliance with EN 10357 standards, these tubes are widely used in food processing, dairy, beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries where hygiene and cleanliness are paramount.

Made from austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304), the tubes are TIG-welded, pickled, and mechanically polished inside and outside to achieve a highly smooth, crevice-free surface finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm or better on request). This minimizes contamination risk and ensures superior corrosion resistance, even under demanding CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) cleaning cycles.
